DESCRIPTION OF THE MAIN FLOOR SYSTEMS
SIKAFLOOR PRONTO
Scope of application:
For execution of smooth or anti-slippery floors with 0.8-4.0mm thickness over loading platforms, in parking lots, parking areas, industrial plants (especially in the food industry), when short work breaks and short curing time are required.
The system is composed of:
- Sikafloor 13 Pronto N (component A): PMMA priming resin.
- Sikafloor 14 Pronto N (component A): PMMA self-pouring resin for developing intermediate layers in industrial floors.
- Sikafloor 16 Pronto N (component A): PMMA surface resin.
- Sika Pronto Hardener (component B): curing agent for Sikafloor 13, 14 and 16 Pronto N
- Sikadur 12 Pronto (components A+B): repair mortar based on PMMA
- Sikafloor Pronto Filler: filler for Sikafloor 14 Pronto N in 0-0.5mm fraction
- Sikafloor Pronto Colourpaste: liquid colouring agent for Sikafloor 14 Pronto N and Sikafloor 16 Pronto N
- Sikafloor Colorchips: chips in a broad range of colours
Basic features:
- Very short curing time, also under low temperatures.
- High mechanical and chemical resistance.
- Good resistance to ageing processes.
- Good weather resistance.
- Good resistance to UV radiation.
