EUROFLOOR TF PU CEM FLOOR SYSTEM

Scope of application:

The EUROFLOOR TF PU CEM systems are dedicated for use in rooms and halls where hard conditions are expected: high water content, possible thermal shocks, high impact of chemical factors or mechanical loads. Layer thickness: 6-8mm.

This system is used in the food industry, mostly in slaughter houses, rooms and halls for meat partitioning, and storing and processing food: fruit, milk and juices in places where bottles are cleaned and filled, in commercial kitchens and restaurants, in freezing and cooling storage areas.
In the pharmaceutical and chemical industries it is used in production rooms and halls, mixing rooms, packaging rooms, storage facilities, areas for tanks, etc.

Basic features:

• Excellent resistance to impact and abrasion
• Resistance to rapid temperature changes from -40°C to + 120°C, boiling water and steam
• Resistance to acids and organic solvents and alcohols
• High adhesiveness to various foundation surfaces
• Short curing time
• Full water tightness
• Possible application on fresh concrete
• Excellent use in foundation renovation and repairs
• Possible resulting smooth or anti-slippery surface

The EUROFLOOR TF PU CEM floor combines advantages of epoxy and polyurethane floors, especially in resistance to chemical loads, but also to specific hardness and flexibility.
